A fire-damaged, flooded or partially demolished property is a hazard and an open invitation. Temporary fencing establishes a controlled perimeter that keeps the public, children, animals and unauthorized entrants out, keeps equipment and salvaged contents in, and demonstrates that reasonable care was taken to secure a known hazard, which matters if a liability question ever arises.
We install chain link panel fencing on stable bases or driven posts depending on soil, surface and duration, with lockable gates sized for equipment and dumpster access, privacy screening where the site is visible from the street or from neighbors, and windscreen or debris netting where dust and material migration are a concern. Layout is planned around utilities, sidewalks, driveways and required egress, and placement complies with local right-of-way and encroachment requirements.
The perimeter is inspected and maintained for the life of the project, repaired immediately if it is breached, and adjusted as work zones, dumpster placement and access needs change through demolition and reconstruction. Warning and restricted-access signage is installed where required, and gates are secured whenever crews are off site. At completion the fencing is removed and the ground surface is restored. Installation, duration and configuration are documented with photographs for your insurance file, since securing a damaged property is generally a recoverable mitigation cost and carriers expect the property to be protected from further loss.
