Our technicians work a defined sequence: a visual survey of the affected area and the adjacent assemblies, thermal imaging to flag temperature anomalies consistent with trapped moisture, penetrating and non-penetrating moisture meters to confirm those readings against dry standard, hygrometer readings for ambient temperature and relative humidity, and borescope access through minimal inspection ports only where a wall cavity cannot be read any other way. Every reading is logged by location and mapped, so the affected footprint is defined by numbers rather than by opinion.
You get a written inspection report with annotated photos, thermal images, a moisture map of the affected areas and a defined dry standard drawn from unaffected reference materials in the same building. That documentation becomes the foundation of the remediation scope and the supporting evidence your insurance adjuster needs to approve the work. If the inspection shows the damage is contained and no remediation is required, we tell you that plainly and put it in writing.
