Hard flooring covers a wide range of materials that tolerate very different treatment. Natural stone is acid-sensitive, polished concrete and terrazzo require specific pad and chemistry combinations, luxury vinyl and sheet goods can be permanently dulled by aggressive stripping, and finished wood is damaged by excess moisture. The most common cause of ruined hard flooring is a cleaning method chosen without identifying the material first.
We identify the substrate and existing finish, then select the process: pH-appropriate cleaning agents, mechanical scrubbing with matched pad or brush aggression, and high-pressure or controlled rinse extraction that recovers the soil rather than pushing it into grout lines and seams. Beyond routine cleaning we perform restorative work, including stripping and refinishing of resilient flooring, honing and polishing of natural stone, sealing of porous surfaces, concrete densification and polishing, and removal of construction residue, adhesive, wax buildup and mineral deposits.
Cleaned surfaces are sealed or finished where the material calls for it, which reduces future staining, simplifies maintenance and extends service life. We provide maintenance guidance matched to the specific material and finish installed. Hard surface cleaning is also performed as a final step on restoration projects, clearing construction dust, adhesive residue and demolition soil before a property is returned to use.
