Furniture, textiles, electronics, documents, artwork and heirlooms that look like total losses after smoke, water or sewage exposure are frequently recoverable when they reach the right process quickly. Speed is decisive, because acidic soot and standing moisture cause permanent damage on a short timeline.
Items are cleaned by method appropriate to the material and the contaminant: ultrasonic cleaning for hard goods, hardware, blinds, fixtures, kitchenware and non-porous collectibles; wet and dry cleaning and specialized textile processes for clothing, linens and soft goods; solvent and enzymatic treatment for smoke and protein residue; controlled abrasive and hand cleaning for furniture and wood finishes; specialized handling for electronics with corrosion mitigation; and document and photograph recovery including freeze-drying for water-damaged paper. Every item is deodorized as part of the process, not sprayed at the end.
Items are tracked by barcode from pack-out through cleaning to storage and return. Anything determined non-salvageable is documented with photographs and moved to the total loss schedule so it is properly claimed rather than quietly written off. Restored items are inspected before pack-back, returned to their original rooms and reconciled against the inventory with you present.
