Pack-out moves your belongings to a controlled facility where they can be cleaned and restored properly, protects them for the duration of the project, and lets crews work at full speed in an empty building.
Every item is inventoried and tagged before it moves. Packing materials are matched to the article: acid-free tissue and dish packs for china and glassware, wardrobe cartons for hanging garments, custom crating for art, mirrors and fragile or oversized pieces, anti-static protection for electronics, and blanket wrap and padding for furniture. Items are loaded, transported and unloaded by trained crews, and the inventory is reconciled at every transfer point so nothing is unaccounted for.
Contents are held in a secure, climate-controlled facility with access control, protecting wood furniture, artwork, documents, textiles and electronics from the humidity and temperature swings that cause secondary damage during a long reconstruction. Cleaning and restoration are performed while items are in storage, so belongings come back finished rather than needing work after delivery. Pack-back is scheduled to your reconstruction completion, items are returned to their original rooms, and the inventory is reconciled with you at delivery.
