Restotech is an authorized and licensed applicator of the GoldMorr System, a professional mold remediation methodology with defined protocols, proprietary products and a required licensing and training program. Applicator status means our technicians are trained and authorized in the system's procedures, and that work performed under it follows a documented, auditable method rather than an improvised approach.
The system is applied as part of a full remediation, not as a substitute for one. Source moisture is identified and corrected, containment and negative air engineering controls are established, and unsalvageable porous materials are removed. The GoldMorr protocol is then applied to the remaining structure and surfaces according to its defined sequence and product specifications, with attention to substrate type, coverage and contact requirements. Structural drying to dry standard runs in parallel so the conditions that supported growth are eliminated.
Work performed under the system is documented against its protocol and confirmed by post-remediation verification, including visual inspection and analytical clearance sampling where specified. You receive the applied protocol, product documentation, moisture and drying records, clearance results and photographic documentation. Being a licensed applicator also means our work is accountable to the standards of the system, not only to our own internal process.
